The Gallery VASK team is composed mostly of local Filipino chefs who collaborate and create together with Chele Gonzalez. The many intricate details of preparation for each of the dishes are skilfully handled by these young and passionate professionals, with a service team dedicated to provide guests a dining experience like no others.
